Individualized attention distinguishes Wynscape As a full-service nursing and rehabilitation community, Wynscape and RehabTrack at Wynscape can accomodate a variety of patient needs. But what really distinguishes Wynscape and RehabTrack is the individualized attention that patients receive. Upon arrival, each patient receives a multi-disciplinary assessment and a treatment plan is developed. The goal is to move each person to the highest level of independence possible.
