Wynscape provides 24-hour nursing care on either a temporary or permanent basis. A proud member of Central DuPage Hospital, Wynscape has a reputation for excellence in delivering quality care. At Wynscape, we are committed to fostering the highest level of independence for all of our patients. When therapy service is requested by a physician, patient or family member, the trained and professional therapy staff at Wynscape Nursing and Rehabilitation Center can customize physical, speech and occupational therapy services to meet the individual needs of the patient.

Physical Therapy

• Fully equipped gymnasium
• Treadmill, Mats, Isolator, TENS, Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation
• Physical Therapy Services available six days a week

Occupational Therapy

• Activities of Daily Living (ADL) include dressing, grooming, hygiene, using the bathroom.
• Community Re-entry Kitchen with stove, sink, cabinets, washer, dryer, cookware
• Adaptive Equipment

Speech Therapy

• Communication Skills
• Swallowing Skills
• Cognitive Skills

Wynscape Respite Services

Wynscape offers respite care, round-the-clock nursing care and a comprehensive array of medical related services, on a short-term temporary basis. The respite care services at Wynscape provide an opportunity for caregivers to attend to their own short-term needs, without worrying about the quality of their loved one's care while they are away.

A respite stay offers:

RehabTrack Services

When inpatient therapy services are ordered by a patient’s physician at the hospital, the trained and professional therapy staff at RehabTrack at Wynscape can customize a therapy plan that allows the patient to move to a higher level of independence. The therapy services at RehabTrack at Wynscape include physical, speech, and occupational therapy services that work in concert with each another to meet the needs of the individual. This unique approach is designed to get an individual back on track to independence and restore quality of life as quickly as possible.
